The AM Front Desk Supervisor is responsible in providing excellent guest service at the hotel front desk at all times. Will assist the property manager in the direction and oversight of the front desk and bell operations, which are the primary point of contact for guest check-in’s, guest information and other departments within the company. Strives to continually improve guest, owner and colleague satisfaction. Will supervise up to 8 front desk, night audit, PBX staff, assists with hiring process.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round


One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two to three years of guest service experience preferred; solid computer skills required, experience with IQWare preferred; must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and must be able to multi-task while maintaining guest satisfaction at all times; must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English; knowledge of Snowmass Village preferred.
