The Tides Assistant Property Manager will provide the highest level of customer service to owners and will support the Association Manager with the duties of managing the Association assets and owners. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to owner requests
  • Maintaining owner files
  • Maintaining knowledge of revenue and expenses within the Association budget
  • Preparing and posting work orders and vendor invoicing
  • Scheduling and following up on maintenance requests
  • Managing unit keys
  • Receiving and delivering packages
  • Maintaining Social Calendar and promoting social events
  • Assisting with the Association website maintenance
  • Other projects as assigned by Association Manager
  • Will provide coverage for Association Manager on days off

Located in Charleston, South Carolina, this full time year-round position includes full benefits and competitive pay. 

Start date: ASAP

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm.


Two years of college or trade school or suitable industry experience managing property operations. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook. Ability to work with minimal supervision and have a strong motivational personality. 

Valid South Carolina Driver’s License.
