Assistant Property Manager
The position is to assist the Property Manager with all duties of the Association, Homecare and Rental Management Programs. Responsible for assisting to manage the overall building/property, owner and guest service delivery, and rental related activities such as check-in/outs, and inspections while providing the highest level of service.
Start Date: 6/1/2017
Schedule: 40hrs. a week, includes weekends and holidays as needed.
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Four years of college or trade school and/or suitable hospitality industry experience. Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving. Must have valid CO Driver's License.
