The Concierge is responsible for offering assistance and/or information to guests and visitors regarding the hotel and its facilities and the surrounding area with its restaurants and attractions. Also responsible of answering questions regarding and/or making arrangements for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty services, child care, transportation, cultural activities, shopping, floral services, and other services. Keep accurate records of all arrangements made. Answer questions concerning and/or giving directions to hotel facilities, meeting rooms, or events held therein. Coordinate/promote activity reports to track reservation bookings. Process and notify guests of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages. Assist guests in the sending of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages. Maintain a stamp bank with domestic and international postage for guest purchase, and other.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in hospitality management an asset; OR two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills. Experience in Starwood and Westin Brand desired. Experience in Luxury Hotel desired.
Ability to utilize basic MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Knowledge of Galaxy Lightspeed PMS is desirable.
