The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests to a busy time-share property, checking guests in and out of residences, handling guest’s requests, responding to maintenance and housekeeping needs, acting as concierge, and safe handling of cash or credit card transactions. 

Approximate start date: Immediately

Schedule: Varied - days, nights, weekends & holidays.

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round. 



This job requires excellent verbal and written communication, as well as telephone etiquette. Candidate must be comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task. Ideal candidate will have a great attitude, professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and good computer skills.  English fluency required; Spanish preferred. Previous front desk or guest service experience preferred. Knowledge of RDP reservation software helpful but not necessary. Nights and weekend availability required.
