This position is responsible for the daily oversight of the Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Service Express Agents, Service Express Attendants, Bell Service, Valet Service, and Ski Valet Service. The supervisor will work closely with the Guest Service Managers to ensure that the department is supported adequately at all times. The supervisor will act as a liaison between the Front Office Staff and the Managers of the department.

Previous customer service in a high end luxury hotel environment required. High School or equivalent education required, 2-4 year college degree preferred. Previous supervisory experience required. Westin brand knowledge preferred.
