East West is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our Beaver Creek Lower Village Team. The General Manager directs and coordinates all activities related to the Property Management for over 200+ whole ownership condos, townhomes, and single family homes located throughout Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Avon and Arrowhead, in addition to all Association Management responsibilities for 7+ homeowner Associations. Create environment where efficiency and economy of operations are maximized.

Responsible for multiple Association budgets and multiple departmental budgets.  Manages 5+ subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 10-12 employees in the owner services, property and association management departments.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in iqWare, Microsoft Office, Power Point, Website and Internet Knowledge.

*CAM license required

*Valid Colorado Drivers License

*AMS and CMCA Certification preferred
