The PM Busser is responsible for exceeding guest expectations and providing a memorable experience for the guests. The main function of the Busser is to support the floor staff with multiple tasks around the restaurant, including clearing tables, providing water and refills to guests, maintaining server stations, etc. The Busser will assist the servers, hosts, runners, bartenders and management as necessary.

High school diploma or equivalent. No previous F&B experience is required. Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated. Good communication skills-both written and verbal, required in English. Position requires handling, eye-hand coordination, walking, standing, stooping, and kneeling. This position may be required to lift, carry, pull or push approximately 21-50 pounds.
