The Service Express Runner is a key part of the back-of-the-house guest service team. The Runner is responsible for identifying guest needs and implementing the response to guests’ requests, including the delivery of in room dining and amenities to guest rooms.  Additionally, answers phone calls and uses two-way radio to dispatch or receive requests.

Approximate start date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Schedule: Shifts vary.


Previous guest service experience, preferably in a luxury resort hospitality environment; High school diploma or equivalent; ability to walk/stand for up to 8 hours/day and lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidate will be a positive, professional, customer service oriented individual. Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
