The Night Auditor serves as professional representative of the 56-unit condominium property. Works directly with guests and owners, at the front desk and over the phone, performing various clerical duties and ensuring overnight safety and comfort. Accounts for previous day's business and generates various reports for the upcoming day of business. In addition, Perform all duties of the front office, including the check-in/out of guests, answering telephones, responding to guest requests, cash/check/credit card handling and completion of shift reports. Balances all work done during the day, posting rates, checking various reports, and end-of-day closing activities including but not limited to filling out financial reports for Front Desk Manager and General Manager.

Schedule: 10pm- 8am; 5 days per week. Includes weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail, ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, and be able to work alone and unsupervised for most of shift. Should also work well with others when needed, be self-motivated, and be reliable. Good "people skills" are necessary - must enjoy interaction with people. Ability to follow detailed instructions is imperative. A high school diploma or GED is required. Work experience should include previous customer service.
Must be able to lift and carry weights up to approximately 50 pounds - such as a box of computer paper. Must regularly use various office equipment such as computer, printer, calculator, fax machine, copier, and telephone. Good communication skill are a necessity - verbal and written.
