Slifer Smith and Frampton Real Estate is seeking a customer service oriented individual for the position of On-Call Office Coordinator for their Summit County locations. The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the work of brokers, management and other staff, and providing unsurpassed customer service to visitors, clients, guests and brokers.  This position completes a variety of administrative and marketing-related tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer proficient and has a record of providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Slifer Smith and Frampton- Summit County, CO

Employment Type: Part Time On Call

Schedule: On-call, as needed basis. Office Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.

Eligible for full benefits.


Minimum Requirements

Proficiency in using internet/email, typing, Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism.
* Ability to work with little supervision.
