Job Title: Front Desk
Department: Riverfront Athletic Club
Reports To: Management
Property: Glass House
Position Purpose/ Summary
The front desk assists management with the daily activities of maintaining the Athletic Club and Membership departments. Duties include the cleanliness and maintenance of the fitness facility; assisting associates in achieving service and sales; delivering and modeling excellent guest service.
Essential Duties and
Financial and IT:
1. Update Mindbody; clients and classes.
2. Assist with printing of the weekly class schedule.
3. Ensure compliance to cash, credit and daily accounting procedures.
1. Assist with membership sales, and billing.
2. Create membership reports.
3. Assist with member events.
4. Print weekly club schedule.
1. Maintain cleanliness and working condition of equipment in conjunction with management, housekeeping and engineering teams.
2. Maintain all equipment and ensure work orders are processed and completed in a timely manner.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
1. Other tasks as needed to continue the growth and success of the Club operation.

Education and/or Experience
Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to speak well over the telephone and in person. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Capability to lift up to 50lbs; moving weights and equipment to keep facility in a presentable and orderly fashion.
Excellent computer skills including word, excel, current membership system.
Ensure compliance to all accounting procedures including cash handling.
